Your property. Your requirements.
Our business and where to find us
C&C Security Systems is a family-run business established in 1984. Our shop is at 54 Herbert Road, London SE18 3SH. The same contact details are used for enquiries about home and business security, whether you are considering a new installation or need to discuss existing equipment.
We cover London, Kent, Essex and Surrey. Provide the property postcode when contacting us so the enquiry relates to the correct location. You can call during the published opening hours or use the email enquiry route to describe what you need.
The work we undertake
Our services include intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and door entry. Monitoring and maintenance arrangements can also be discussed. Each service has a different purpose, so we start with the property and requirement rather than assuming every customer needs the same combination.
An alarm enquiry may concern coverage and everyday controls. A camera enquiry may focus on particular views and recordings. Access control and door entry concern how people reach and enter a property. The detailed service pages explain the questions that help shape each proposal.
What our approval covers
C&C holds NSI NACOSS Gold approval for the design, installation and maintenance of intruder alarms, CCTV and access control. The accreditation section includes the certificate so you can read its stated scope. The company named on it is C&C Security Ltd, trading as C and C Security Systems.
If a project has requirements from an insurer or property manager, supply the relevant wording before the proposal is agreed. Accreditation is meaningful within its scope, but should not replace checking the specific conditions that apply to a particular premises or installation.
How an enquiry becomes an installation
First, tell us about the property and what you need. We can usually discuss an initial estimate by telephone or arrange for a surveyor to visit where needed. Existing equipment, the building layout and access restrictions are useful parts of that conversation.
We then recommend a suitable arrangement and provide a quotation describing the proposed work and pricing. Ask questions if anything is unclear. Once you accept the proposal, we agree a suitable installation date. The engineer installs the system and explains how to use it.
Supporting existing systems
Not every enquiry begins with a new installation. We also discuss maintenance and changes to existing alarms, including equipment fitted by other companies. Provide the make or model if known and explain whether you need routine attention, help with an issue or a different arrangement.
Tell us about any current monitoring or maintenance agreement. The equipment and services may need to be considered together, especially when changing providers or communications services. Do not cancel an existing arrangement simply because you have requested another quotation; discuss the practical steps first.
Information that helps you decide
The photographs of our shopfront identify the business location, while the equipment images illustrate the types of systems discussed on the site. Our client reviews page contains clearly labelled summaries of published customer feedback about quotation, installation and support.
For your own property, use those pages as a starting point and ask about the details that matter to you. We offer free quotations, with the proposed work explained before you decide. Contact the team with your postcode, the service you are considering and any preferred timescale, and we can discuss the next step without requiring you to choose individual products in advance.
